State Fair of Texas

Gary & I took the boys to the State Fair. We both remember why it has taken us almost 20 years to go back!! We went on Seniors Day so we were able to move around those old folks with ease.

Colorado- September 2008

Be careful for what you ask for. Gary had planned a guys mountain biking trip with some friends in CO, of course when he told me about it I was "when do we leave"? He told me I would not be able to handle the trails & even for him it would be a challenge. Okay I don't especially like alot of danger in my life so I pouted. He called home while in CO having a great time, but said he would cut a day out if I wanted to see what was going on & we could go hiking. I got on a flight to GJT, met Jeff's wife Kathy, we stayed overnight in the tent, hiked the canyon & then got terrible sick!! Our lovely trip to Aspen was cut short because of altitude sickness or car sickness? I wanted to be pushed under a bush & left. We came home & will try another time, after I pack my pills with me.

MM 2008 -3M

A quick review of 2008. Mason & Miles have been our source of entertainment until April 8 when Miss Maile was born. Now we have the 3M's. I can not tell you how these 3 little people bring us such love & tears of happiness. Follow my journey, in watching these beautiful people take the world on.

Maile Puamana Farden 4-8-08

Miss Maile Puamana Farden born April 4, 2008. The most beautiful baby girl born....maybe my girls rank right underneath. We might call her "sideways" because she would not come out & still squirms around. Lisa had an emergency C-section. Scared me to death, which in turn I scared Gail & Gary...sorry. But the sweetest things don't come easy!!

Trip to Nebraska
